An account is asked for at exactly two moments: publishing a note under a name, and reporting someone else's. Everything before that is open.

Nothing saved to a server

A guest session lives in this browser tab. Your drafts stay with you; nothing is written to our database and no cookie follows you out. Close the tab and it is gone. Sign in later and what you typed comes with you.

No AI, no generated text

Nothing here writes for you, finishes your sentence or suggests a better word. Paste is off and autocorrect is off, so what ends up on the page is what your hands typed.

Each note keeps a plain receipt of how it was typed - how long it took, how it was corrected - which is what makes a typed page worth reading.

Good for

A quick online notepad, a scratch page for a thought, a journal entry, a letter you are not ready to send, or a note you may publish once it is finished. Plain text, line breaks kept, nothing else to configure.
